How much Time do We need to Commit to this program?

The program includes 1 x 1.25 hour group call with Greer & Aaron over 8-consecutive weeks.
During these sessions, it’s important that both of you are fully present, focused, and undisturbed.
Ideally, you’ll join the call live & from the same device, but this isn’t absolutely essential.  

All calls will be recorded so that if you need to miss one, you can catch up when it suits you best.

While these calls are the program's structured component, the real transformation happens in your daily life. It’s less about finding extra hours and more about infusing intention into your moment-by-moment interactions.  


Simple practices like:
 

  • Devoting 5-10 minutes for consciously connecting upon waking and before bed.  

  • Reflecting on the weekly theme together whilst taking a drive or doing the dishes.  

  • Sharing insights, lessons, or anything that’s come up during the day.


 
Even small moments of presence and connection can have a profound impact. Whether you’re together or apart during the day, weaving these mindful check-ins into your routine helps reinforce the tools and practices you’ll explore in the program.  
 
This is about prioritising connection, not overloading your schedule—because the time you invest in each other will always pay off.

Your inner child plays a huge role in your adult relationship. As you understand one another's adaptive child strategies, you will learn how to move into resourceful states when you are in trigger so that you can 'respond' rather than 'react; & thus come back to connection and harmony ASAP.

GROWING FROM TRIGGERS: HOW TO REPAIR AFTER MISUNDERSTANDING, HURT & DISHARMONY

Understand how triggers come from our past and arise in our present for good reason. Experience how emotional disruption is actually an ample opportunity to deepen in connection and intimacy. Develop strategies to navigate conflict and ride with the normal fluctuations of Harmony/Disharmony/Repair.
