The 28-day window kicks off with our first 1:1 call where we will explore your intention for the program & tailored guidance how to make the most of this window based on your specific needs & desires.
You will receive an audio of your Non-Linear Movement Method TM practice for the week, with self-inquiry prompts to synergise your practice.
We continue to meet every 7 days over the following 3 weeks, & each call you will be given access to the next practice & integration support of the week prior + preparation for the coming week.
The program concludes with a bonus 20-minute call to bring home all of your insights, really ground in the results & set you up for sustained benefits.

Non-Linear Movement MethodTM Practicioner
Even though I had trained in and practiced Non-Linear Movement Method (NLMM) for years, it wasn’t until I suffered a severe tailbone injury in a biking accident that I truly understood the profound healing power of this practice. Before that, I knew it helped me relax, release stress, and increase both pleasure and self-awareness. But when I found myself barely able to walk, unable to climb stairs, and heart-wrenchingly, unable to pick up my baby, I committed fully to a 30-day practice of NLMM and self-inquiry.
At first, I could hardly move, but within a week, I felt space returning to my spine. By the second and third week, I was moving much more freely, and by week four, I had experienced what felt like a miraculous recovery. Of course, chiropractic care and rest played a role, but I know deep in my heart that it was the regular practice of NLMM that truly transformed my healing.
And from that experience, this program was born. I’ve come to a deeper appreciation for this gentle yet powerful method, especially as it speaks to our collective need as women to slow down, soften, and listen to the wisdom held in our bodies and hearts.
I now guide others in the very same process that gifted me such freedom, healing & pleasure & it will be my honour to personally guide you in your own unique 28-day exploration.
