Daily Non-Linear Movement Practice: Evolving each week to deepen your connection with your body, your pleasure, your heart, and your creative power.

Non-Linear Movement MethodTM Practicioner
Even though I had trained in and practiced Non-Linear Movement Method (NLMM) for years, it wasn’t until I suffered a severe tailbone injury in a biking accident that I truly understood the profound healing power of this practice.
Before that, I knew it helped me relax, release stress, and increase both pleasure and self-awareness. But when I found myself barely able to walk, unable to climb stairs, and heart-wrenchingly, unable to pick up my baby, I committed fully to a 30-day practice of NLMM and self-inquiry.
At first, I could hardly move, but within a week, I felt space returning to my spine. By the second and third week, I was moving much more freely, and by week four, I had experienced what felt like a miraculous recovery.
Of course, chiropractic care and rest played a role, but I know deep in my heart that it was the regular practice of NLMM that truly transformed my healing.
And from that experience, this program was born. I’ve come to a deeper appreciation for this gentle yet powerful method, especially as it speaks to our collective need as women to slow down, soften, and listen to the wisdom held in our bodies and hearts.
I now guide others in the very same process that gifted me such freedom, healing & pleasure & it will be my honour to personally guide you in your own unique 28-day exploration.

When I was invited to join In-Body & Whole for 28 days, it was an immediate YES. It felt like a gift to myself—a chance to pause and reconnect deeply within. I wanted to step out of the endless swirl of thoughts in my mind and sink into my heart, truth, and essence.
Beneath the habitual habits that often overtake my days, a deep sensual, creative, and energetic awakening began to stir. Each movement, each moment of embodiment, became a way to peel back layers of noise and distraction—making space for my intuition, creativity, and inner guidance to rise.
One of the most grounding parts of this journey was the weekly check-ins with Greer. These moments were an anchor—a pause to reflect, reconnect, and remember why I said YES in the first place.
At first, my daily practice felt like another ‘to-do’, but soon it became a cherished ritual. Sometimes it was on my mat, other times it was walking my dog with full awareness of the sun on my face, the wind in my hair, my breath. Even driving in silence became a way to connect with my body.
I’ve learned to grieve what I’ve left behind without clinging to it, and to celebrate who and where I am now. I feel more alive, balanced, and in flow with my emotional, physical, and energetic self. Music is life, and this practice brought it back into my every day.

"Committing to myself through In-Body & Whole has not only deepened my relationship with myself — it’s transformed the way I show up for my children and my partner.
Before this journey, I often rushed through my day, going from A to B without truly landing in the present moment. What surprised me most was how nourishing it felt to carve out even 5 or 10 minutes just for myself. Pausing. Breathing. Coming back to me.
I realised it wasn’t about how much time I had — it was the quality of presence I brought to that time.
By returning to my body and emotions each day, I stopped pushing my feelings aside & started really listening to them. That simple shift helped me move through life with so much more calm.
